This report describes the approach adopted to develop the STOP-IT RIDB and its links with other parts of the project. It elaborates the processes undertaken for the RIDB construction through close LCoPs with the FRs, and its potential future utilization and expansion. The RIDB's update and maintenance is a dynamic process. This report, accompanying the RIDB, should be considered as the foundation of a full comprehensive RIDB for the project. The elaboration of the RIDB was considered into two complementary level: general RIDB and extended RIDB for each FR. The latter contains only the events that the user has recognised and selected from the general RIDB as appropriate for his/her individual case and gives a deeper understanding of the events relevant for the user’s case.
